How to make an Exchange or a Return

No later than 14 working days from the date of proof of delivery.

Communicate via e-mail to if you want to replace or return the items, by entering:


 - NAME and SURNAME of the order holder


 - CODE, color and size of the product to be replaced / returned

 - CODE , color and size of the product required in replacement


The products must be sent in a sealed envelope, possibly inside their original packaging.

The cost of sending the retunr is charged to the customer.

The products must be returned intact, unused and not damaged.

In case of defective products, please report the defect in the request email.

If the items sent in replacement, upon request for an exchange, are not satisfactory, it is possible to make an exchange again or return the products received by contacting the Customer Service and paying the relative shipping costs.

In the event that the conditions are not respected or the envelope or the returned products are damaged, Vacanze Italiane reserves the right not to accept the return.

In this case, you can decide to receive the purchased products again and pay the shipping costs.


Refund times and conditions

The refund covers the amount corresponding to the returned products, excluding shipping costs, gift packs or other additional costs.

The re-credit transaction will take place within 30 days from the date of receipt of the items in the company.

The timing of the refund varies depending on the payment method you used and specifically:


Credit card: the technical time required to obtain a refund depends on the credit institution that issued your card.


Paypal: the refund will be made directly to your Paypal account and will be visible immediately. Paypal will send you a communication certifying the refund and you will be contacted by e-mail by our Customer Care.


Bank transfer / Cash on delivery: in this case you will be contacted by our Customer Care, who will ask you for your bank details in order to proceed with the re-credit of the amount paid by bank transfer. The technical time to obtain the re-credit on the bank account depends on the procedures of your supporting credit institution.
