When will I receive my package?

What happens if the courier doesn’t find anyone at the delivery address?
If the courier doesn’t find anyone at the indicated address, he will repeat the delivery for three consecutive days, leaving a notification each time with the necessary instructions. Then we will contact you by email. In order to avoid unpleasant delays, you have to provide a valid mobile number to be contacted directly by the courier or by us in case of non-delivery.

Orders are not editable: it isn’t possible to change quantity / size and / or add / remove items. It isn’t possible to cancel your purchase. If you wish to cancel the order, write to our customer service (email@example.com). You will be notified if your purchase can be deleted from our system.
